1. Machine Introduce:
It is one automatic device for glass up and down developed by our company . This equipment is suitable for factories who want to connect with four-sides grinding machine, double - sides grinding machine, laminating glass machine, tempered glass machine,Insulating glass machine,washing machine to make a production line. Its fast speed can be up to 4 pcs/ min, can save 3 people, low cost, high efficiency, safe and reliable ,is an ideal choice for glass processing customers.
•The machine adopts PLC automatic control, which consists of six parts of picking glass structure, sucker rotating arm structure, transfer glass structure, hydraulic system, vacuum system, and electric system. The humanization operation control has handle type and automatic type. The loading table and unloading table adopts servo system control, to achieve rapid precision up and down glass. Customers can choose different type as per their own request.
