ZXX-C1025 Affordable CNC Glass Drilling and Milling Machine processing center

This CNC Glass milling machine is mainly used for processing door hinges, door clamps, keyholes, and other cutouts making products etc. It is an essential tool for tempered glass factories processing glass products such as shower rooms, ordinary doors, and sliding doors, shopping doors etc. Compared with water jets, it has lower prices, lower consumables, and convenient maintenance and operation.

Intoduce of the CNC Glass Milling Machine

This model is a new type of glass and slab milling equipment developed by our company. It adopts cantilevered three-axis three-wheel drive structure design. The bed is welded with high-quality steel and processed after quenching. The transmission part is driven by H-class precision linear guide and pure servo motor, which guarantees the accuracy and stability of the machine to the utmost extent. The working spindle adopts a high-power high-speed motor. The advantages of fast milling speed, small radial runout, and high processing accuracy; the waterproof part of the machine adopts a half-shielded waterproof structure, and an open working platform on three sides is convenient for the operator to load and unload the film, which minimizes the difficulty of operation and the work intensity of the workers. Suitable for minimalist style cabinets and closet glass and slate door handle milling, cabinet glass and slate countertops sink stove hole milling and opening, glass shower room, glass sliding door clip, hinge hole, Milling type of keyhole.
