Machine Introduce:
This machine is a glass processing equipment newly developed by ZNXU MACHINE that integrates two mechanical structures of glass drilling machine and glass milling machine.

Feature:
1. Self-developed 8-axis control system, perfect and smooth control of glass drilling and glass milling functions;
2. This machine adopts gantry type up and down drilling, CNC drilling, enlarging DRILL, and milling. The editing path is simple. Drilling, enlarging, and milling are integrated to output the path. You can change the editing path, take from gallery, and receive external DXF. DGW file, the system comes with drawing software, and the humanized design makes the operation easier;
3. Pneumatic support, the principle of proximity priority, the least empty stroke, saving processing time;
4. General-purpose consumables are used for drilling, which greatly reduces the processing cost of drilling;
5. The milling part adopts T-shaped mechanical frame, which is ingenious and compact in structure and flexible in operation; the transmission structure adopts cylinder pressurized support transmission structure, which runs stably and accurately, and does not go wrong;
6. This machine involves a number of patents, and is suitable for deep processing of glass with various processing techniques such as drilling, milling, milling, and milling various shapes on the glass surface;
7. The machine is reserved for mechanical expansion and PLC expansion control, which is convenient for additional coordinated actions. It can be used as a stand-alone machine, and can also be connected to various equipment such as loading tables, robots, and glass washing machines to realize in-line production.
